WATER
MITIGATION

Water spreads into floors and walls faster than you can see. We pull it out, set up equipment, and check moisture daily until the readings reach dry standard.

WATER IN THE BUILDING NOW?

A burst line, a failed valve, a sprinkler discharge, a storm event. The first hours decide how much of the building is lost, so we extract and set drying before anything else.

CHRONIC WATER INTRUSION?

Repeat leaks, long term envelope failures, and reconstruction after a loss. We investigate the assembly, document the damage, and scope the repair with the building's capital plan in mind.

process

THE FIRST HOURS
DECIDE EVERYTHING

No assessment by committee. We stop the loss, then document and dry.

01

Dispatch

Crew dispatched to the call, and the source of water stopped or isolated on arrival.

02

Extract

Standing water removed and non-salvageable materials safely disposed of.

03

Drying Plan

Air movers and dehumidifiers placed to an engineered drying plan.

04

Monitor Daily

Daily moisture readings in flooring, subfloor, and wall cavities until targets are met.

05

Restore

Clearance of dry standard, then repair coordination back to pre-loss condition.

regulatory & compliance

DRY TO A NUMBER, NOT A FEELING

Drying is complete when the assembly reaches a documented target moisture content, verified against unaffected reference readings, not judged by touch.

✓Documented drying plan with target readings
✓Daily monitoring logs for each affected assembly
✓Category and class of water loss recorded at intake
✓Antimicrobial application where the category requires it
✓Secondary damage and mould risk assessed before rebuild

Common questions

WATER DAMAGE, ANSWERED PLAINLY

How fast can you be on site?
+

Our emergency line is answered 24/7 and crews are dispatched on the call. Response time depends on your location relative to our regional bases. We will give you a realistic arrival window on the phone, not a slogan.

Should I call you or my insurer first?
+

Call us first to stop the loss, then your insurer. Mitigation delay is one of the few things a carrier can push back on, and we document from the moment we arrive so the claim is supported.

Can you dry hardwood and concrete?
+

Often, yes. Specialty drying systems can save hardwood and concrete assemblies that would otherwise be demolished. We assess salvageability before removing anything expensive.

How long does drying take?+

Typically three to five days for a contained residential loss, and longer for large commercial assemblies or saturated concrete. Daily readings tell us when it is done. The equipment stays until it is.
