REMEDIATION

We identify the source, seal the area, establish negative air to stop spore migration, remove the mold affected materials, and confirm with an Indoor Environmental Professional.

Projects & Abatement

INVESTIGATED AND SCOPED

Recurring growth found during inspection, turnover, or a tenant complaint. We identify the moisture source, define the affected area, and price a remediation scope with post-verification built in.

01Moisture mapping and source diagnosis
02Defined containment areas and work sequencing
03Third-party post-remediation verification

GROWTH AFTER A LOSS

Mould appearing days after a water event. Left alone it spreads through shared wall and ceiling cavities, so we contain first and investigate inside the barrier.

01Same day containment of the affected area
02Negative air and HEPA filtration in place
03Moisture source stopped before removal begins

Process

HOW REMEDIATION WORKS

Remove it without fixing the source and it comes back. We do both.

01

Assess

We locate growth and the moisture source, then map the extent in affected areas.

02

Contain

Sealed containment with negative pressure and HEPA filtration to prevent spores from spreading.

03

Remove

We remove or treat affected materials to industry remediation standards.

04

Dry and Fix

We fix the moisture problem and dry the area to standard.

05

Confirmation

A final clean, then independent testing before any rebuild starts.

Regulatory & compliance

PROTOCOL DRIVEN, NOT GUESSWORK

Remediation is judged on containment discipline and verification, not on how clean a surface looks. We work to recognised industry remediation standards and document each control.

✓Written remediation protocol before work starts
✓Negative pressure verified and logged daily
✓HEPA filtration on all air moving equipment
✓Occupant notification for shared air buildings
✓Independent post-remediation verification
Insurance & documentation

Evidence the growth is gone

Mould claims and tenant disputes turn on documentation. You get the readings, the photos, and an independent clearance, not an assurance.

Common questions

QUESTIONS ABOUT MOULD?

Do you test for mould?+

We assess and map moisture, and we coordinate independent testing where a scope or a dispute requires it. Keeping testing at arm's length from remediation is deliberate. The party verifying the work should not be the party paid to do it.

Can you remediate without moving tenants out?

+

Usually. Containment with negative pressure keeps the work area isolated, and we schedule around occupancy. Extensive growth across shared assemblies may require temporary relocation, and we flag that at the scope stage.

Why did it come back?
+

Because the moisture source was never corrected. Each remediation scope we write includes finding and fixing the water condition, or identifying in writing the trade that must.

Is mould covered by insurance?+

Often when it results from a sudden insured water loss and is reported promptly. Growth from long term humidity or from deferred maintenance typically is not. We document the moisture history so the cause is clear either way.
