Regulated containment, controlled removal, and compliant disposal of asbestos-containing materials, documented from survey to clearance so the space can be safely re-occupied.

Most of our asbestos work is booked ahead. We walk the site for free, review or arrange your hazardous materials survey, and give you a written scope and price.
Material disturbed by a flood, a fire, or a trade cutting into the wrong wall. We isolate the area the same day, control the exposure, and take over the remediation.
Each removal follows the same five stages. Nothing gets skipped because a schedule is tight.
We confirm what the material is, how much there is, and how to best remove it.
We obtain the proper permits, coordinate the consultants, notify occupants, and create a scope of work.
Sealed enclosure, negative air with HEPA filtration, decontamination unit, and monitored pressure.
Wet removal, double bagging, labelled waste, and manifested disposal at an approved facility.
Independent air clearance, a final clean, and a full file for your records.
Asbestos work in Alberta is governed by occupational health and safety regulation, and the requirements change with the risk class of the work. We classify first, then build the controls the class demands.
Abatement is where claims and capital budgets get contested. Each file we hand over is built to stand up to an adjuster, an engineer, or a buyer's due diligence.
If the building predates 1990, assume asbestos containing materials are present until a survey says otherwise. A hazardous material assessment is required before suspect materials are disturbed. We can coordinate one or work from yours.
In most multi unit and commercial scopes, yes. Work areas are sealed under negative pressure with separate access, and we schedule noisy or high traffic phases around occupancy. A full floor or high risk removal may require temporary relocation. We tell you at the scope stage, not part way through.
Air clearance results typically come back within 24 hours of final cleaning. Containment stays up until we have them. We do not hand back a space on the assumption it passed.
When the disturbance results from an insured loss, such as a flood or fire that damaged asbestos containing material, it usually is. Planned abatement ahead of a renovation is normally a capital cost. We document both the same way so the distinction is clear.
One call puts a certified crew in motion. We will handle the damage and the documentation.
